The only exceptions to the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service are the painted (or wallpapered) walls, the ceilings, and the top heating element of the oven.

  • doors, door frames will be cleaned, including the top of the door frame and door handles will be polished
  • light sockets, light switches, plugs will be cleaned and polished and stains will be removed 
  • window panes will be wiped and polished internally top to bottom, ladders will be used for larger windows 
  • window frames and panes will be cleaned and polished internally 
  • window handles will be wiped cleaned and polished 
  • cobwebs will be removed around the ceilings and corners 
  • mirrors will be dusted and the glass panes will be cleaned and polished, spots, marks and fingerprints will be removed 
  • picture frames will be dusted and cleaned 
  • light fittings will be dusted, cleaned, and polished 
  • light sockets, switches, plugs will be cleaned and polished 
  • radiators will be dusted and wiped 
  • skirting boards (including behind furniture) will be wiped and polished 
  • curtain rails will be dusted and wiped 
  • spindles and banisters will be polished and wiped 
  • fireplace and the surrounding areas will be cleaned 
  • all hard floors will be vacuumed and mopped (including behind and underneath tables, chairs, rugs, furniture)

  • window panes will be cleaned top-to-bottom and polished 
  • window sills and ledges will be cleaned 
  • bedroom storage units, cabinets, shelves, drawers, wardrobes, night tables, cupboards, will be cleaned internally and externally and polished
  • beds, bed frames will be wiped and polished 
  • bins will be emptied and cleaned 


End of Tenancy Cleaning Bathrooms 

  • tiled walls will be cleaned, descaled, polished and mold will be removed 
  • the showerhead will be cleaned, polished, and descaled (as much as possible) 
  • radiators will be dusted, cleaned, and polished and dirt marks will be removed 
  • taps and fittings will be cleaned, polished, and descaled as (as much as possible) 
  • the basin will be cleaned, wiped, and polished 
  • the soap dispenser will be cleaned and polished 
  • toothbrush glass and holders will be cleaned 
  • cupboards and shelves will be cleaned internally and externally, mold will be removed (as much as possible) 
  • any glass and chrome areas and parts will be cleaned and polished 
  • the mirrors will be wiped and polished any dirt, residues or fingerprints will be removed 
  • the bathtub will be wiped and polished mold and limescale will be removed (as much as possible) 
  • the shower screen will be washed, wiped, and polished internally and externally 
  • the toilet and the toilet seat will be cleaned, disinfected, and descaled (as much as possible) internally and externally 
  • the bidet will be cleaned, disinfected, and descaled (as much as possible internally or externally) 
  • the floor will be hoovered, mopped polished, and descaled (as much as possible) 
  • the extractor fan will be cleaned any dirt, dust and residues will be removed 
  • mold from silicone fittings and seals will be removed (as much as possible)
  • the toilet will be disinfected and specialized limescale remover will be used (*please note that the limescale remover needs to sit for approximately 12 hours after which the toilet should be flushed)

  • the hobs and burners will be cleaned, polished and any grease or limescale buildup will be removed (as much as possible) 
  • the oven will be professionally cleaned and degreased internally and externally
  • the oven door will be removed and disassembled 
  • the space between the glass portion of the oven will be cleaned and degreased
  • control buttons and switches will be removed, degreased, and cleaned 
  • oven racks will be cleaned and degreased 
  • oven trays will be cleaned and degreased 
  • the chrome and glass parts of the oven will be wiped, degreased, and polished 
  • all removable parts of the oven will be immersed in a special decarbonating dunk tank 
  • carbon deposits from the burners, racks, trays, the hob will be removed (as much as possible) 
  • the extractor fan will be disassembled, dusted, degreased, and wiped 
  • all other kitchen appliances not specified that may be present in your home- toaster, kettle, etc.- will be cleaned and polished

  • doors and door frames will be cleaned and polished including the top portion  of the door frame 
  • skirting boards will be wiped removing grime and dirt marks, including behind easily movable furniture 
  • storage units- shelves, wardrobes, bookcases, cupboards, cabinets, drawers- will be wiped, dusted and polished internally and externally 
  • upholstered furniture will be vacuumed 
  • mirrors will be wiped and polished top-to-bottom, the frames will be dusted and any fingerprint or dirt marks will be removed 
  • pictures and picture frames will be wiped and polished 
  • light fixtures will be wiped and polished 
  • light sockets, light switches, and plugs will be wiped

  • dining chairs will be wiped and polished any scuff or dirt marks will be removed

You will have a 72-hour guarantee upon completion of the End of Tenancy Cleaning 
 


 

You will have a 72-hour guarantee upon completion of the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service, for the guarantee to be valid and for us to be able to come back we do request that if any potential issues are to arise we are contacted within the allotted period of the guarantee (72-hours) and for certain conditions to be met. 

 


For us to be able to provide you with the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service up to the fullest extent possible we would kindly request that the following conditions are met prior to the arrival of the cleaning team: 
- that the tenants have completely moved out of the property 
- the property must be completely vacant of tenants, their personal items, suitcases, luggage etc
- the fridge/freezer must be turned off, emptied, and defrosted beforehand so that they can be cleaned internally and externally 
- the only people who can have access to the inside of the property throughout the period of the guarantee must be the landlord or an inventory agent 
- no new tenants should move into the property throughout the period of the guarantee 
- there should be electricity and hot running water



 It is still possible to clean your house or flat if you have some personal items in the property at the time of the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service. Most personal belongings should be vacated if some boxes or other items are still present our cleaners can still carry out the cleaning service. However, we would kindly request that these items are arranged in a single location, a spare room for example, out of the way of the cleaners so they can have the opportunity to clean all spaces of the property meeting the described above conditions. 



We will need electricity and hot, running water to carry out the service.

You will have a 72-hour guarantee provided upon completion of the service. The guarantee reassures that if any areas are missed in the cleaning, we will be able to come back and fix any issues free of charge. For the guarantee to be valid we do recommend that the inventory report is scheduled as close to the cleaning service as possible, preferably on the same day. The only people who should have access to the property within the period of the guarantee should be the landlord or the inventory agent, no new tenants should move in throughout the 72-hour period. Please advise your landlord or the inventory agent in regards to the guarantee and schedule the check within those 72 hours. If for whatever reason that cannot be possible please do let us know accordingly. Please be advised that the overall quotation Bonus Cleaning offers is given based on the approximate information you provide and is estimated based on the overall layout of the property and a standardized expectation for the condition of a property that is to receive an End of Tenancy Cleaning service. If the condition of your property is much worse than expected and greatly differs from the overall standardized expectation please advise us in advance, otherwise, the price may be amended on the day of the cleaning service.
